weBond Inc. Return / Exchange Policy

(ONLY defective products can be exchanged – NO returns / NO exceptions)

weBond’s Returns 

– To exchange an item, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) authorization from weBond’s support through email communication with support@weBondinc.com.

-Any product returned without authorization and an (RMA) number will not be honored. In addition, customers will assume full liability for products that may be lost. Do not refuse delivery or return the product without contacting weBond Inc.

– In case your order is outside of the exchange window, please contact support@weBondinc.com to help you resolve the issue.

– Only items that have been purchased directly from weBondinc.com can be exchanged.

– weBond does not accept exchanges for items purchased before May 1 2018 or from other resellers. Resellers have the responsibility to accept returns for their sales.

-weBond’s exchange policy on ALL products is 7 days from delivery.

weBond’s Refunds

– NO refunds will be issued. Make sure to want the item before you purchase it.

weBond’s Exchanges

– weBond’s replacement for defective units will be initiated once we confirm receipt of the returned item.

– If a customer has received an unwanted product and would like to exchange it for something else, our Customer Service Representative will be glad to assist you through support@weBondinc.com. Make sure not to open the product.

– If you have received a damaged or defective item, we can send you a replacement of the same or similar product.
